Child Trust Fund error - should I accept the compensation?

Hi all.
Can I get your advice.
We recently moved our middle daughters child trust fund to Family Investments.
They sent us documents for another child, complete with date of birth, full address, name of parent, total value of funds in account. I would expect that the family of the other child received our documents and therefore has that information for our daughter.
I complained immediately, and have destroyed the documents that do not relate to our daughter.
Family Investment wish to offer a £15 boots voucher, as a gesture of compensation. Does that seem a fair amount, or should I complain again?

It was a significant and careless error by them but has not resulted in any financial loss or even any particular inconvenience to you, so I don't see why they should pay you compensation.
Assuming they have corrected everything now I would say take the £15.0 -
If you went to the FOS with the complaint you'd get ten times that amount.
Is it about the error being corrected? Or is it about the money?
