help please ppi bos claim

put in claim for mis-sold ppi back in August 2011, received response letter on 15th November to say they could find no docs relating to and as far as they were concerned that was that, unless I could supply proof. Issued proof of statements which they supplied to me through SAR. Have been phoning them on 0845 601 4034 since December and being told no we don't have docs you issued recorded, could you fax them. Faxed them, all 50+ pages, called again to be told, we don't have them re-faxed again, phoned and told no update on file yet, we will email handler to chase. This has been going on since December 2011 and I called today and told it has been sent to the redress dept. & should get money shortly!! Have not even received a letter to this effect. In fact, apart from letter in Nov 2011 have had no response from BOS at all! Is this the norm? or are they just stalling? Does anyone have any suggestions how I can proceed from here to speed this up??
Any help would be appreciated!!
