Hi all,
First post here so I'm sorry if I'm boring.
I had a CCJ lodged against me in 2007 for a loan I took out with Lloyds TSB. Back then I had argued with them about the PPI policy they attached to the loan. I lost my job and they wouldn't pay on it. Apparently I had made myself intentionally unemployed! (I hadn't)
Anyway, there's a bot of background. I borrowed 1800 and when the CCJ was applied I had to pay 2800 back. I got a call from one of these reclaim companies but I didn't want to go into detail and thought I'd come here instead.
Because of the CCJ will I be able to reclaim the PPI element? The judgement is satisfied and I have no other debts.
If I missed anything please ask and I'll do my best.
Thanks
Bert

Clarification...I argued I had paid the PPI therefore was entitled to claim under the so called unemployment rules. This was declined.
Does it matter whether or not I have a CCJ on the whole thing now I've paid it off? Could I have a go at reclaiming? Just need someone a bit less daft than me to explain

Looks like you have reasons for mis sell.
Put a complaint in for the mis sell, look here for other reasons
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#step2
Then ring Lloyds and make a claim.
As the ccj is paid off you should get any redress if you win, back to you.

Let me know how you get on.0
