OVO Energy Contact Details

Help.

I am my wits end and cannot take anymore so this post is a last resort for me !! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I have been trying to contact OVO ENERGY for the past three months to resolve outstanding account queries and complaints and as of yet they are still not sorted out ! :mad:

Phone calls not returned.:mad:
Emails unanswered.:mad:
Cut off on the phone repeatedly.:mad:
Etc etc etc.:mad:

Does any one have a direct phone number and/or email address of a senior OVO director or manager so I can send my complaints to them.

if that don't work go to ofgem if they are refusing to speak to you

how long was it when you FIRST raised your complaint with OVO. From your post it sounds like the issue has been ongoing for a while. Remember if it's been more than 40 days then you can just take it straight to the energy ombudsman.
