I need some advice.
I am selling a few pieces of costume jewellery as a set and I realised today that one of the items has been misplaced. I've turned the house upside down but can't find it anywhere and don't think I will.
As the auction end in less than 12 hours I am unable to end or edit the listing. I'm hoping that no-one bids of them but if they do what should I do?
The options I thought of were to email the winner explaining the situation and either giving them the choice of a discount or to forget about the sale.
