Groupon Boiler (Zest) disappointment

I bought a Full Boiler Service With CP12 Gas Safety Certificate for £38 from Zest Property Solutions via Group at the beginning of December and nearly 3 months later I'm still waiting.
I've tried to contact the company many times and all I've got is an automatic response email saying:
"CUSTOMERS FOR BOILER SERVICE/GAS SAFETY CHECK ARE KINDLY ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL WE CONTACT YOU"
I think if a company is not able to cope with the workload, should not start these kind of promotions.
3 months (and still waiting...) is not reasonable.
Groupon itself should do some minimal checks before getting a company like Zest on board.
Just wanted to help others not to make the same mistake since I've noticed that this deal is still on the Groupon website (subscribe for udpates only) so I guess they plan to resume it in the future:
