I was cold called by Lifestyle Claims in February 2011, I stupidly took up their offer and have paid nearly £1000 to them to research my mortgage. I have not had any joy to date and have been told a variety of conflicting reasons for the delay. The latest is that they never received my audit form and I need to complete it again! I am filing a complaint but wondered if anyone has similar experiences? Thanks.

You need to ring the MOJ and complain about them,they should not have taken this £1000 from you,to "research your mortgage"for a year!!.????? these need sorting out.
