Black horse want reasons for PPI!!!

Finally got my account number for a loan years ago. Spoken to Black Horse, who said i did indeed have PPI (1400). They are sending me a form to fill in to claim it back, but the nice woman i spoke to has said i need to give reasons i feel it was mis-sold. What should i put?? It was that long ago i can't remember!! I was young and pressured into it by my ex a bit!!. Any tips would be great!! Thanks xxx
The feeling i got when i confirmed my place studying criminology at Exeter Uni was brilliant!!!!!

The pride my children told me they had in me was even better!!!!! # setting positive example to children is OUTSTANDING!!!! !:grouphug::grouphug::smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea

  • Did you ask for it, did you want it, and did you need it, those questions made me think about my ppi claim, and looking at the templates under the claiming back ppi guide on here.

Feeling pressured into it is not a valid reason. You could have said not if you didn't want it.

Look here for reasons for mis sell.

If you paid the loan ppi included in the monthly payment and not as a payment on it's own, then this is front loaded ppi,it is put on at the start of the loan and you pay this back with interest over the term, this is a very good reason for mis sell.
Did you have sick pay from work? this is a good reason, look at the other reasons and if any/all apply to you, then put those.

    This is from Martins Blog.....

Even if people were stupid, ignorant or trusting should they be punished?
Of course there were cases where people wrongly fell for bank spin, got policies out of trust, or simply didn’t understand it and just said yes.
Is that a reason to berate them? Surely we want to try to protect those who are vulnerable prey from paying many £1,000s extra to banks with cynical, exploitative policies
