Mortgage PPI

Hello there I would like to apply to reclaim the PPI I have been paying on my mortgage for 17 years who do I need to send my letter of complaint too, the original company that I took the PPI with has transfered my policy a couple of times and I am currently with a company called Pinacle do I send it to my current insurance providers?.The mortgage was originally with the N&P but I dont know if they are still trading.

    I would like to Waitrose to repay what I pay them each week. However, it doesnt mean they will.

    The mortgage adviser that sold it to you.

    What is your complaint? The fact it is 17 years old and paying monthly indicates it was set up correctly. Being 10 years before regulation possibly wont help either.

    Don't tell them IFAs go to Waitrose - they will think you earn too much!

    Still - I do not see any reason to suppose the cover was missold. After all, if the OP had lost there income in the mid 1990s their home would probably have been lost as well.
