Self-Trade Cash ISA - Poor customer service
lapto

Hi all,
I opened a cash ISA in January with Self-trade during the kindle offer period. When the kindle arrived, I was travelling for business. They attempted the delivery twice and kept the item for only 5 days after which it was sent back to Self-trade. Now, this is where the fun begins because I have never experienced a worst customer service from any business that claims to be a bank.
Basically, to have it redelivered I have to pay £20! I tried to argue I should not pay for their choice of partner and the poor commercial terms they negotiated but I get the impression that they just don't care. The whole customer experience was very amateurish and I am not sure how self-trade expects people to trust their business and pay in £5000 for a cash ISA? Oh well, fool me once, shame on you self-trade...I'm sure you won't fool me twice!
Anyway, does anybody know what are my consumer rights? Was this redelivery supposed to be included in the main terms and conditions?
