We are doing charity pin badges for our favours.
The "favour" is the pin badge so its not "in lieu of a favour"....im trying to sort the wording for the card. (obv it has details of the charity on it) i kinda wanted a play on words..something along the lines of " a favour for a favour" then asking people to wear their badge and do something but i'm kinda drawing a blank on what the favour we are asking is.
I was gonna say something like "a favour for a favour ....please wear your badge and smile knowing you are raising awareness for a great charity" But i dunno if thats a bit lame...anyone got any bright ideas. I like the idea of a "favour for a favour"
(BTW we have canvassed the opinion of several of our guests and as a many of them are either involved in charities or have used the services of one recently we are happy that no one is going to be offended/annoyed/miss the sugared almonds, so I'm not proposing -wedding joke- that this thread is about whether or not we should do this, just asking for help with the wording if thats ok? ):)

I'm thinking hard.....
What's the name of the charity? I'm hoping that'll provide some inspiration!
Lovely idea, by the way!

How about; just off the top of my head
Sugared almonds are the tradition
However, we decided on a mission
A gift to charity is our gift to you
A favour for a favour as a thank you
Hmmm. not so sure about it now I've read it back0
