Larger breasts with brava

Thought the title might attract some attention. Has anyone ever used the brava breast enlargement system, it seems to work but most people can't stick the full 10 week programme. Anyone who can offer help or advice to a poorly endowed lady to help her look a little curvier by summer would be very much appreciated. Don't fancy surgery, scared of MRSA or bad scarring just for vanity.

• Is this the one where you suction the cones to yourself at night time? If so I saw a programme on BBC3 about it and although it does work for the time you are doing it, the results are not permanent. It did look quite painful, and they enlarge basically because they are swollen.

If this is not the one you mean then sorry for waffling, but coming from an also small chested women chepest option is padded bra and learn to love what you have/havent got. x

Hello redsandy101

I'll move your thread to the 'Health & Beauty' board, where it should get more responses.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

I would suggest that you research these products before you waste your money.;)

• Yep its the one with the suction cups, I saw the same programme and have been thinking about it since but I got the impression (maybe hopefully on my part) her bits stayed bigger. Agree on the padded bra got loads, but I'd love a proper cleavage as tshirts seem so low cut these days.

• I read somewhere that it was a scam and that these things didnt work. I also read that some women use a breast pump (like the one ones for extracting milk) and got the same results so that might be a cheaper option!
I know there are forums where women practice 'natural breast enlargment' involving herbs and that also some claim hypnosis works.
I'm a hypnotherapist and haven't had a client ask me for this yet although there are some very credible studies that show it works.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do and keep us posted!

• Thanks Ted I had a look and I guess I'm concentrating too much on the air brushed primped and preened Hollywood stars and had forgotten what normal people look like. I'd recommend the above site to anyone who feels they are not normal.

also how old are you? Your body changes a lot in your 20s and 30s and if you get pregnant changes even more so - what you have now many not what you end up with anyway. If you put weight on or go on some contraceptive pills then you'll see a change in the size of your breasts too. I've always been an A or B cup and like a bit of a boost but my friends who are Cs and Ds or bigger complain because they can't wear a lot of fashion tops as they feel too tarty in them so it's not always greener on the other side ;)

A woman is far more sexy if she is honest ,funny, flirty, and a joy to be with rather than the size of her body parts.

Its all about making the best of what you have got that counts.

Good luck with any help like the brava system a little help with mother nature is no problem but I would avoid surgery if you can.

I'm past all that I'm afraid, now 40, maybe I'm having a mid-life crisis. Even in the ninth month of all three of my pregnancies I was wearing a 36a, they didn't even do maternity bras in my size, made me feel I was really weird. I never wanted to be Jordan just a nice wee "B" cup and the ability to wear bras without wires and push up bits would be nice.

ah I hear ya - I'm still only a 36B despite being pregnant...

the other non-surgical options are the vitamins that people like Tara Palmer Tompkinson have taken with apparently good results - although I'm not sure how long the results last after you stop taking them. They increase your oestrogen levels or mimic oestrogen or something similar which then increases your bust size but if hormonal changes haven't worked through for you so far then it may be a waste of time...

I would presume that anything that makes your breast tissue swell would work better going from a B to a C or similar as there's more tissue to swell IYSWIM so I'm not sure how suitable they would be for you.

Hypnosis has apparently had some success too but who knows... at the end of the day there are lots of people out there who are willing to take your money and sell you a dream. I'd stick with the chicken fillets myself and be glad that I don't need scaffolding to do any exercise...
