I take your point and if i had managed to retriueve my old login details i would have come back as that
Im not trying to entice anyone - and well aware people are vulnerable but fair do's its been a while since i was a regular on here. If anyone really wants to check me out i was bethankim and mostly posted on the bankruptcy boards - infact one of my old threads is still bumped daily.
The only reason i came back was because I absoltely do not want in 18 months time people suddenly finding themselves completely unawares about PIP and what the welfare reform bill means for people.
I simply didnt think it would be an issue - however isdnt this board about supporting vulnerable people to know the truth and not find out when unawares?
I will post links if anyone wants them if not equally that fine

- PIP gets debated on a daily basis and has been for about a year

Sorry my friend see #2, if you are between 16 & 65 you will be re-assessed. Don't be embarrassed 99% of people do not understand that indefinite means uncertain, undecided, etc - or until they that are powerful .. .. decide otherwise.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I think it's likely that those with an indefinate award may be reassessed later in th migration. Those with an indefinate award that have been on DLA for many many years and never been reassessed will probably be one of the first group to be, while others on indefinate who have had regular reassessments or those who have had to keep applying for renewal ( in other words reassessed at renewal) and have recently been awarded indefinite ( within the last year or two) will be last.
This is purely conjecture on my part though, I could be completely incorrect and probably am :rotfl:“How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.”0
