Black Horse - a potential PPi claim?

Hi There, I'm pretty clueless about this whole PPI situation but 3 years ago i bought a new car and it was financed by Black Horse. I said no to the Payment Protection Plan (which i assume is the PPI) but there's another insurance on my finance plan that costs £16.90 a month. I am clueless about what it actually is. I've included a screen shot of it. Does anybody know what the insurance relates to and whether or not i could claim it back?

You need to contact whoever you got the vehicle from and ask them what this?,it could be GAP insurance,to get the full value of the car back if a write off.0
