SAR Charges and PPI

Hi

Little bit of advice needed please

I have account numbers for old credit cards, 5 with MBNA and a few
others as well dating back to late 90's.

I am looking to claim back miss sold ppi and also late charges and over limit charges on each card.(ppi missold due to pre ticked boxes and been in same employment with full sick pay the half after six months)

Anyhow

With the SAR request should I put the account numbers on (especially MBNA) or leave them off??

Will the SAR show all info for all accounts, ie ppi, charges?

Once the info does come back, would I need to put separate claims in for the ppi, then the charges or lump together with having 5 accounts.

LLoyds TSB-PPI received letter dated 19th Jan giving 8 weeks Timescales

Put the account numbers on the SAR,if you had ppi and it was mis sold then put claims in,do the charges and mis sell seperate.
