Digital safe Problem

Hi there
I have a digital safe and i am trying to obtain a battery backup or a key to over ride it.
I have the model number which is 701/7113 it is a challenge digital home safe.
Safe is open and we can use it but afraid the batteries will go flat with stuff in side .

What happened to the over ride keys and back up supply it would have been supplied with ?

Safe was in the house when we moved in.
It works put dont want to put things in just in case batteries run out.
so no overide key or backup.

Our safe displays LO BATT when it's time to change the batteries. We have had ours over 7 years and the batteries have only needed changing once in that time.
