Many of the property bulls now admit they were wrong and trying to jump ship saying yes OK property is now in abear market but I always said this could happen.
It does not matter how many people would like to live in a property all that matters is who can afford it.
  • Poor old Sibley, he couldn't afford to live in the UK so had to flee to some rat-infested slum to find a hovel to live in and to buy his Missus in a strip joint.

I believe that sums up Maidstone quite nicely as well :D

At the end of the day I live in Thailand and own a Kent cottage.

My mortgage is nothing and I'm making money here. If you somehow think I could possibly be depressed then crack on.

My life is film star material here. Sexy ladies, nice hotels, food and drink.

    You still clocking in? hahaha
