More bad news for Maidstone House prices

How boring..who gives a to$$ about Maidstone or house prices? The markets will prevail..Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

Semi-detached £214,670
Well seeing as I paid 86,000 for mine even -11% is fine. :rotfl:
I don't actually live in Maidstone. About 6 miles out of town.
3 bed detached recently sold for 750,000 in my village. I did post the link up.
Maidstone is a nice place to live even in the center.
County town of Kent.
Could be a lot worse. One thing for sure. I'm making money when I sell.
I also know that my house will sell in under 4 weeks when it does go up.
Next door sold for over 220K last year. Was on the market a week. First viewer bought and it's not as nice as my place.
I'll wait until 2015 and ask 250+ for it.We love Sarah O Grady0 -
I've lost track now, is Aberdeenangarse another novelty account for Sibley's benefit?

I notice that all of your posts are littered with when "I" do this or when "I" do that, all your posts seem to talk in the singular, I I I or me me me, I take it you are a single man with nobody in your life Sibley.
Unlike most of this board I welcome you on this board, I really do, I think you honestly provide a mindset that should be witnessed.
I can honestly say I would sooner see prices rise even more rather than lose the people around me, your life seems so lonely, I can see why you have such a obssession with material things.0 -

The Land Reg. figure for Kent –2.4, I know Sibley makes rash claims but I still find this thread pointless.0 -

Let's see...Thailand, good weather all year round, income nicely topped up with a UK rental, humping a fit Thai all night...

Living in some damp hovel in the North-east like you do, getting mugged on your way back from collecting JSA.
Tough choice :rotfl:0
