I just ran a LR report for my area, still £20k lower than 5 years ago.

Then used the above BBC link and it says where I am it's down 10% in the past year.

It says it’s Land Registry but if you put South East region in it gives average house price as £261,471 where as the Land Registry site gives it as £206,522.

That is odd. Are they covering the same area in the South East?
