PPI on Retail hire Purchases and Credit Cards

I have been coming on to this site for over a year now just trying to figure out where to start. In that time I have discovered I was sold PPI on practically every item I ever bought from Currys, Tempo and the likes. I also have 2 very old credit cards that I have had for as long as I can remember and had no clue that I was paying PPI on them until coming on this site. I want to start the claims from HFC Bank who are the finance company that services most of the electrical retailers. My questions are:
1. I have so many of these therefore would I need to send a letter for each account? Luckily I am an organised OCD hoarder so I have almost all the original contracts filed away neatly going back decades.
2. I have been scouring this site for the first letter to initiate the claims but I can’t find it. Can someone kindly send me a copy here? All I have seen is the questionnaire.
3. I bought a sofa suite back in 2000 from furniture land who are now bust and were financed by First national who from this site seems like they were taken over by GE money. On checking my contract again I noticed the monthly payments included PPI which again I had no clue was even there. Can I claim from GE money?
4. Is the template letter for credit card PPI the same as for loans?
I know I am mind dumping here for so many things, please forgive me. I need to get this started as it may just help me and my kids survive the next couple of months. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks. Kitty

    Hi Kitty.
I want to start the claims from HFC Bank who are the finance company that services most of the electrical retailers.
You send the claims to the firm that sold you the goods, not HFC.[/B]

If the accounts are with the same company, and the reasons for mis sell are the same, then put them on one form.
    2. I have been scouring this site for the first letter to initiate the claims but I can’t find it. Can someone kindly send me a copy here? All I have seen is the questionnaire.
The questionnaire is all you need.

If the firm has gone bust, you should give FOS a ring and ask what you do as the company has gone bust.
    4. Is the template letter for credit card PPI the same as for loans?
    Yes it is.
