You can enter this competition multiple times at set times during the year. You can actually enter twice today. Once by clicking on sineadoreb's link and answer the questions to the film quiz and once by clicking on the Welcome Tab on left hand side under wall. The welcome tab entry only needs your name, email and phone number, and I think is supposed to be done before the other entry. Not sure if it matters though what order you enter them in.

Here are a few T&C, although there is no mention of the accommodation and travel arrangements
