No, a complaint in writing to the Council.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

An update on this issue,we wrote to the council including copies of the correspondence from the bailiffs and on saturday my daughter received a cheque from the council for £202(which is the balance of what she paid the bailiffs to get her car unclamped less their £48 charges).
Naturally we are delighted and I wish to thank everyone for their replies and advice.0 -
Great! Now press for the £48 which should also be refundable. If you don't get it (and I think they will repay you if you ask politely but firmly) then press on with a complaint. A lawful tribunal held your daughter was not liable so she should not lose out AT ALL. Happy Easter!0
