Tesco JTD deals and discussion thread

I had reentered my 2 receipts but changed the clcok 12 hours but still nothing has came back :mad: I have tried again and if I get no luck will contact CS:(

ive got this from 2 extras neither had the offer advertised and cashier even called over her supervisor to say i thort they werent offering this offer. to which i replied surely head office decide and they have decided that you are or the discount wouldnt have come off. to which supervisor replied well i suppose then i heard her ring someone and tell them take the garlic bread off the shelves:eek:

As I remember it, the official Tesco line is that you can only enter the details once. While I am sure someone somewhere has read about the ability to change the time, either by 12 hours or 1 minute, it is not common knowledge among the CS staff. If you do phone up please.don't mention the change of details as this will be frowned upon and they may even change the programming so we can't do it any more.
Did you use a different email address? I find reusing the first one doesn't change the outcome. You need to use a different email.


I had another thought, while you've not received an email, have you tried resubmitting the receipt details? If you use IE rather than FireFox or Chrome the page stores your details and you can page back and resubmit a few times. Often this works as in the beginning they were lax with sending emails and this was the only way to get your voucher.

Just to say... I tried doing the price check with tesco extra and the receipts won't compare, say extra stores are not included in price check.

Price checks don't work in Tesco Express, definately work in Extra's I had 8 receipts come back yesterday, on the £5 meal deal.

Ok, so my extra did not have the deal advertised, but got 4 of the garlic bread, 2 c town chicken takeaway pizza and 2 cheese.
I got 4 of the b and j core ice cream.
All £20.00

Figured good price with or without jtd, but hoping for it anyway.
