Has verybody tried to usual tricks.
1) input it again, but change the some from 24hr to 12hr (only worth doing if you shopped after 12pm)
2) input it again and add one minute onto the time.
Hope this helps, it's worked in the past.
Or maybe they are manually going through each one looking for things to n/a
Thanks for that. Have swapped the 24 hour clock before and then wondered why it didn't appear as if it was a new receipt last time I did it - it's as you say only worth doing if you shopped after 1pm - doesn't seem to work the other way round. E.g. 10:05 changing to 22:05.
Have just re-entered my 4 receipts as all after 12pm and have been treated as if new, so hopefully unblocked now - fingers crossed!0 -
Just had mine back from Monday.
Now I know we are all aware that tesco are VERY selective about what products they choose to compare, but this one is taking it too far and in my opinion is just thievery.
2 litre fanta, on both asda, tesco, and mysupermarket websites at £1 asda, £1.98 tesco. Come back as NA.
Are tesco SERIOUSLY suggesting that asda are either not selling 2 litre fanta or are entirely sold out?? Utterly disgusting of them.0 -

Take it back, get your dosh back from them. Then tell them you are not that daft!:D:D Anyway, just take it back don't let them boast their next quarterly profit by saying due to customer like "tain" we managed to conned them into giving us 100% profit! :rotfl:. And people like DrWW should be avoided at all cost:D:DRIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

Did you check mysupermarket on Monday? Maybe Asda were out of stock - don't know, just guessing.0 -

Don't think that makes a difference as no way were Asda out of huggies wipes. I think they just make things up.
I got 2 price checks back which I put in early this morning so they are quick todayBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I agree with you! Tesco's really do take the biscuit when it comes to price match promise, I have had so many N/A back lately that I have taken my shopping elsewhere as I am fed up with them!
They make the rules up as they go along! My last shocker was on the Muller light yoghurt that had matched the week before! Phoned customer service as was so annoyed with them but they just feed you a load of rubbish!0 -
Can confirm the reduced to £5 LARGE WHOLE CHICKEN ROASTER 1.80-2.20KG £ 5.00 price matches with £2.25 JTD0
