Just off phone with some sniffling jobsworth at TW"TCO Head Office. Claims that it should take 36 hours but may be longer - pointed out what website says 36 hours or sooner:

Why does it take up to 36 hours to get my results back?
In most cases, your results should come through much sooner than this

Obviously T are screwing us over again and we'll all get emails at end of week saying "can't find receipt details".

Has verybody tried to usual tricks.

1) input it again, but change the some from 24hr to 12hr (only worth doing if you shopped after 1pm)
2) input it again and add one minute onto the time.

Hope this helps, it's worked in the past.

Or maybe they are manually going through each one looking for things to n/a

Nothing here, put mine in on Saturday afternoon but one was a reput from the end of April.

Is it worth reinputting everything again - do you think the whole lot has been wiped off the system and we are never goign to get them ever ...
