Tesco JTD deals and discussion thread

I used my voucher from my last price check and had a heated discussion with the cashier:mad: Basically my voucher stated expiry 12/04/2012 but my receipt was 9/03/12. She was adamant that I had 28 days from my receipt date to spend my voucher which of course I am still within but she did could not even work that out and was not going to let me use! But what I kept explaining to her was that there was actually an expiry date on the actual voucher but she was having none of it!
Why do Tesco's employ these woman who take it upon themselves to write the rules and ignore any training they supposedly have been given and totally humiliate you in the middle of a shop when you have a screaming baby and a que of about ten people behind you?

AND breath........ok sorry about that......rant over......but REALLY!

Oh well, Wispa eggs now £2.75 in T's, so still a small JTD, but not as good. Also were in stock on A's site on Sat so we're still none the wiser. Thanks anyway.
