It wouldn't be the first time - he's currently trying to convince DD that he's just resting his nose over her jacket potato out of companionship.
He still hasn't stopped talking at me, and seems bright enough in himself. Bright in mood, not intellect, obviously
Still won't be happy until I see he is in full working order, IYSWIM.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

Yes, he's probably just trying to worry you. You know what these cats are like.
Keeping my fingers crossed that he gets in that litter tray soon.
The same elastic band eating tabby I posted about earlier also has poo problems, so I know what it's like to wait on tenterhooks until something happens. We practically throw a party when she does a proper poo! I dread to imagine what anyone overhearing our household's litter tray-related conversations must think. :rotfl:0 -
Sweet kitty! Hope he produces a gud un for you!

My moggy loves elastic bands to eat, they're banned from the house. He's also partial to hair bobbles too, but thankfully he just hides those, and doesn't eat them. He's giving me evil eyes atm, as he knows somethings up. Cleaned out his cat carrier today, so he's very aware of that. He'll tiptoe past it and give it a whack as he runs away.
He is going to Kitty-Jail soon, but not that soon, it was just a clean of the cat box as he used it literally, when he went to the vet for a vaccination!
(Kitty-Jail = Cattery); Dunno who gets the rawer deal though, me for missing him, or him for missing me. Taking the first option I think. But then I have to deal with the 2 days of constant yowling when I go outta sight, after he's come back. He has "issues"
Don't we all though!! 0 -
Hi. Cats eh?
Just gotta love 'em!
Mine refuse to use a litter tray, one goes in the neighbours garden and the other insists on dropping eye wateringly smelly poos on the rug.
Can't cure em, can't live without 'em.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
Well, despite his ninja-like talents in never being caught using the litter trays , he is eating normally, not being sick and hasn't exploded or keeled over dead yet - and there was one two tone offering in the tray that showed a transition from what appeared to be constipation to pigging out on pate. So I think he is in full working order, but just secretive about it.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

Oh bless! That is indeed a 'butter wouldn't melt' picture! Hope he is 100% soon though.
Cats are so cheeky, my youngest has an obsession with cotton buds, he likes to throw them about and play with them, then will chew the ends. I'm always having to stop him from actually eating the cotton part. His new obsession is the silica gel packets..and they say we have to be careful what we leave in reach of children? Cats are just as bad!!0 -

Aw, that's sounding better, Jojo. Glad he (and the poo!) came through in the end. :j0 -

We were constantly finding bits of red rubber in the litter tray, but luckily Bert seemed to chew them up really good so they always came out in bits. Bouncing Bombs we used to call his poos!!! :rotfl:
He also steals my hair elastics and chews on them if I don't hide them REALLY well.
Stoopid cat
Hope your little terror is ok
Lol, thought it was just my little terror that liked hair elastics! He goes nuts for them:cool:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
