Bosch oven fault

Hi
I have a bosch HBN4350GB/01 single oven and has developed a fault in that sometimes the vents above the door give out very hot air (not the norm) so hot you have trouble touching the controls.
The decals have also come off due to the heat, this fault is also intermitant.
any help please
