ppi not requested mbna

Have just received a copy of my credit agreement with mbna for a credit card taken out in 2003. I have clearly ticked the box NOT to have PPI yet MBNA have added payments to my credit card over the years. Should I still go down the mis sold route to claim the money back?

Absolutely, it could be that it was added when the card was activated later despite you clearly saying you didn't want it :( Fill in a questionnaire and send a copy of the agreement to back it up. Keep a copy of the questionnaire also and it's worth keeping a note of dates. Good luck, keep us posted on news ;)
