ppi / bill protector reclaim

Hi, I have just joined this site in the hope of getting a little info.... a few yrs ago I had a personal loan for which I want to reclaim the ppi as it was mis-sold, (I was told it was compulsory) at the time I took out the loan I was also mis-sold Bill protector insurance (I was 19, living at home and had no bills! - My loan was my only bill!) Does anyone know how I can reclaim the Bill protector??
