Ryanair cash passport, charge for being overdrawn

Apparently if you go overdrawn with the Cash Passport, Ryanair will charge you 
And apparently you can go overdrawn by having unactivity fees
I always thought for other prepaid cards that if there is an unactivity fee it would gradually reduce the balance to nil but not actually force the card overdrawn - can anyone comment if this is generally true for prepaid cards? Thanks

It's Ryanair, you should expect them to charge for anything and everything, however spurious0
