Hi
I switched to barclaycard about 13 months ago on a balance transfer and this is almost up, outstanding balance is £9000.
Due to a !!!! up at my bank i missed a payment for a utility literally once and now when i try to balance transfer this somewhere else i get refused ( i read something about debt spiral!).
The whole balance is going to be cleared December this year due to a windfall i am receiving, but in the meantime when the 0% runs out im going to be paying crazy interest until then.
Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do to keep interest to a minimum until December. I havent yet contacted Barclaycard to see if they will do anything for me.
Cheers
Jules

Hi
Thanks for your response, due to an error at my bank they paid a debit twice so the utility was fine, but as i was sailing close to the wind on my balance another utility got bounced.
Therefor im now a major risk!, never missed a card payment or loan payment or mortgage payment in my life :-)0
