Does it always print the commas or did you press the comma button itself?
If it does it with any button, I would say the connectios from teh keyboard to the motherboard have degraded. If it was the comma key you pressed, I believe there is a small spring under each key which have have come loose/broken.

Rmg1... why are u asking if the op was asking if the comma button was being pressed?!?!?!?!

Anyway, have you dropped the laptop or spilt anything on it recently? Also make sure that the comma button isnt locked down as such...

If your confident with laptops disassemble the keyboard and remove the silicon strip.. give it all a clean and make sure nothings stuck down anywhere or creating a short...

If you aren't confident, then contact the manufacturer and see how much its gna cost ya!

    Thanks.
The laptop hasn't been dropped or had anything spilt on it recently.
The comma button doesn't seem locked down.
