1st time selling on ebay

Hello,

I've bought a few things on ebay, but recently decided to try to sell some items. I put my 1st sale on this morning (just starting small: a CD).

I then thought I'd have a look at it, so searched, but it doesn't appear anywhere! I assumed items appeared the moment you put them on?

It is definitely on, as I have it in my "items for sale" in my ebay.

Does anyone have an ideas?

Thanks.

Duncan

Takes a couple of hours to filter through the system so that people can see it in the searches etc.

I have just made my first sale on ebay and it is a large item of furniture to be collected by the buyer. The sale ended two days ago and I have had no communication from the buyer. I have discovered that the buyer is in the south of England and I am in Scotland. I don't imagine for one minute that this person is going to travel such a distance for an everyday item of furniture. Should I be worried? What do I do now?
