You can open a dispute on paypal and see what seller responds to that. if he doesn't offer you a full refund then escalate the dispute to a full chargeback.
Once escalated it can easily take a full month if not more for paypal to decide in your favour and then try and retrieve your money, and of course if that fails you do have your full back position of the credit card company.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
