Travel Insurance for Corfu

Hi, everybody, just wanted to ask a question here before I get my travel insurance.
Travelling to Corfu for 1 week in May this year. Going to be doing some Scuba Diving as well. I know where to get my insurance to cover me for that as I've used them before, but I wanted to ask about policies that cover for the whole travel company bankruptcy or flight company bankruptcy scenario.
Also as I'm travelling to Cofu, a greek island, wanted to know what happens if that place folds out of the euro before I go? Is there any risk to me as a traveller?
