ppi & cccs, help pls

Hi,

Can anyone answer the following query please.

If a bank loan is now being paid through cccs is it viable to try & reclaim the £2800 ppi that was originally charged (I assume, if successful it would reduce the amount still owing)

The reason I ask is could it be deemed unreasonable to claim against a bank now that any accrued interest charges & penalties are not charged to the debt as it is with cccs.

Many Thanks

The bank are not allowed (although there are always ways round it) to prejudice against you for making a claim.

Depending on how much is still owing to them, you might be able to pay off most of the outstanding amount!

What is unreasonable was selling you the product in the first place!

    Definately worth making the claim!
