The winner is required to hold a valid and current driver’s licence according to terms so don't think non drivers can enter even if deliver the car as far as I understand it
When I won a car in 2005, the car was delivered to my nearest showroom, and I went to collect it from there, despite having a licence, I was not asked to produce this before driving off in the car

You can enter in your name as well this time, no need to wait until next time
As long as you use a different telephone number to the one you used for your husband, you can enter 6 times each
