A cheque for £60,000 (sixty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only.

Car
A Mercedes C Class 180 Saloon Sport car in metallic paint (the “car”) including 12 month’s road tax, £30 worth of fuel and car insurance for 7 (seven) days. The winner may choose the car in either a manual or automatic transmission. The winner is required to hold a valid and current driver’s licence and is responsible for insuring the car beyond the 7-day period of the insurance provided with the car, unless otherwise provided for by the Promoter. The car will be delivered to the winner’s UK home address within 90 days of winner confirmation, dependant on confirmation from the manufacturer of the car.

Can you still enter if you don't have a driving license? If you win, can you choose to forfeit the car or would they pick another winner if you didn't have a driving license?

Thanks for the clarification. DH drives but it was the "must hold a driving license" thing that stumped me.
