Financial Link on Credit Report

Just signed up to Noddle for a nosy.

Quite a good website, I got a 3/5, which I guess is because I have had about 5 searches in the last 3 months for various things.

However it is also showing a financial link on there with my ex-flatmate.

We had a joint account set up in Uni to pay bills etc long before I knew much about credit ratings. This account was closed in 2009, however the link is still showing there.

My question is will this still affect my rating despite the account being closed and if so how do I go about removing the link?
