Group energy negotiation via WHICH? Why hasn't this been posted -anybody signed up?

Which? the consumer magazine has set in motion a group consortium to negotiate a cheaper tarrif.
It has been all over the newspapers this weekend - surprised there isn't an official MSE post on it.
Anybody can register interest - Which? intends to have a revese auction for best tarrif after 31st March which is last date to sign up. There is no obligation to switch to their negotiated tarrif once it has been finalised.
It is copying a Dutch initiative which saw a saving of 300 odd Euros.
