Toluna problems

I had also noticed this, I have got about 30 surverys to be credited for and nothing. Also with Vivatic, I am stuck at £23.65 and cannot get the last two surverys to cash out grrrr was going to sack when I get to the required amount. Also getting annoyed with Mysurvey they were sending them on a daily basis and 20 points from a £10 voucher now nothing for nearly 2 weeks!

I just posted this on another Toluna thread, but better post it here too.

If you look at your points history and you have got any surveys showing as "Project Open" - take a screenshot now. I had loads of surveys showing up in my history which Toluna have now deleted. Not a good sign I'm now taking screenshots of everything as proof in case they do this again and claim I never took the surveys.

5000 points added today,no pionts however at all for surveys completed in the last 5 weeks and still 2 surveys from mid December 2011 and early January 2012 showing as project open.

On the positive side I did receive a £15 voucher yesterday ordered in early January 2011.:)

I've had about 3000 points added this morning but that nowhere near what they owe me. I think they owe me more like 150,000 at least.

Yes other survey sites are playing up as well. My Survey I've had nothing for a couple of weeks, Springboard UK I'm 1 survey away from a pay out which I've been waiting ages for and One Poll is going extremely slow. I wonder if these sites are having financial problems.

On the up side I did get a £15 voucher from Toluna yesterday.

HI, I had 10,000 or so added today but I've still got about 25 "project open", which I've been waiting as long for as the rest of you all have. I've been with Toluna for years but never known it as bad as this before. Still, I am confident the points will arrive - eventually!

I have been waiting since Christmas for points to be added to my account with Toluna.

They are extremely slow to respond to emails and just respond with a standard generic response.

Come on Toluna! Get your act together!!

I got 2400 points added today, but, like everyone else, I have masses that I am waiting for.
