Toluna problems

Has anyone else been waiting ages for points to be added to your toluna account? I'm sure it must have been at least 2 months since I had any points added for the surveys I've done.

I stopped doing Toluna some while back for the very same reason, doing loads of surveys but not getting half the points that I'd earnt, wasnt worth my while.£2014 in 2014£3,155.66 £2014

I've just sent an email to them with the very same problem.
Have just checked my statement and since January (approximately), very few points have been added to my account.
I have over 100 surveys waiting to be credited by Toluna. Approx 20 were from their email invitations, the majority were following on from their short polls on the homepage.
There seem to be quite a lot of members waiting for points to be added, there's another thread on MSE regarding this issue.0 -
In am very concerned about it as well... I hope it's not a bad news...
My points were not added since 10 December 2011...0 -
I think everyone is having problems at the moment judging by all the threads on it. I have stopped doing surveys for them until I hear more positive news and my previous surveys are credited.0

I have in excess of 30 surveys that too haven't been credited.They used to credit weekly.
As an aside there dosen't seem to be half as many Populus or Newvista surveys available through Vivatic theese days.Its been like that since Christmas.
I wonder if they are both falling on hard times?0 -

I'm having the same problem. No survey points credited to my account for ages now. Normally, they can take a long time, but the points and vouchers usually do turn up for me - but I'm not even getting dribs and drabs of points through at the moment, just nothing.

Have had a reply to my email - just the usual blurb about surveys can take up to 2 months to be credited, blah blah blah ...............
Hardly any suveys have been credited for a while now, has anyone else emailed Toluna?0 -
Out of interest is anyone doing the Toluna surveys via Vivatic,if so are Vivatic crediting the .85p straight away.
Infact is it possible to sign up for the Toluna surveys via Vivatic and complete the surveys there even though you may already be a member of the Toluna site.
If you cant do both,it may well be worth while unsubscribing from the Toluna site then signing back up via Vivatic (that is if Vivatic credit the 85p real time)0 -
