PPI repayment - Thank You

Wanted to say thank you - after reading through the FAQs on PPI I decided to make a call to Northern Rock even though we had successfully claimed once on a PPI policy for our mortgage and I thought that would exclude us from claiming. Anyhow made a 10 minute call a month ago with next to no details to give (didn't even know the account number) but yesterday received a letter offering £7900!! This was not for a large policy but one which cost around £12 per month albeit over 20 years!! So just to encourage others to give it a try you have nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain!!
