Progressive Credit ltd PPI

I am in the throws of going to the FOS with regards to a PPI that was started with CiTi in 2002 and was still being paid in 2008. I am having to deal with OPUS now but the FOS told me that Progressive Credit Ltd are the company now dealing with the PPI reclaiming.
My question is, has anybody dealt with this company in the same circumstance as myself and have you been successful?
Many thanks

Hello there
Wishing you luck and I expect there have been complaints against that business, and maybe someone who have dealt with them will post up soon of their own experience.
Hope you hear some good news soon, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Thanks - searched the site for any old posts but can't seem to find any to do with CiTi Opus or Progressive. So fingers crossed and anything else if it will help.0

There's several posts on Opus in the forums, you need to hone your search skills!

I received a sizeable sum back from them, and found them to be easy to deal with. It was an old Citi card they automatically applied ppi to that I claimed on.0 -
I have a PPI claim going back to1998 with Citicard who took over the debt from The Associates now apparently Progressive Credit and have been informed by the Ombudsman that the original company does not come under the jurisdiction of their service. Is anyone else having the same problem with Progressive Credit? I have only now learned of the transfer of business to them and wish to hear from anyone with a similar experience who could advise me as to whether or not to now take up the complaint directly with Progressive Credit. I have now spent 22 months to get to this point and am loathe to give up.0

Give up. If the FOS can't do anything and it was sold prior to January 2005, you've no-one to complain to.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
