how much might my payments increase?
hi,
as i have posted last week i am working on a new I&E since i am living with my dad and i am better off. I dont want this catching up with my later on so i have decided to do a new I&E which will probably end up increasing my payments. I understand that my income could increase by 100 pounds and my payments wouldnt increase at all, and after that they would only increase by 50% of the additional income. i am wondering if this works the same in my position? my income hasnt increased but i have more disposal income at the moment?
I am also trying to find guildlines on what allowances are acceptable but there dont seem to be any?
many thanks
dan

How your IP treats this change is up to him and according to your proposal. For an idea of guideline figures the beatmydebt website has a useful Living Expenses Guide, which seems to tally with the max figures my IP used.0

Just had a look ... the site has been / is being revised. I found where it will be -- might be worth checking back now and again:

As it happens -- I have just found PDF files containing the Living Expenses Guide as of March 2011, as well as CCCS guidelines for 2010. I can email them if you'd like.0 -
