Can anyone tell me if the offers from Santander on the online banking are offered relating to your credit history and banking history with them, or are they just typical sales related offers?

Whats on the site is based on average applicant, the actual offer will be based on credit history.0

I think the offers are based on account conduct because the personal loan advert has disappeared a few times while the esaver or mobile banking have shown up
I think they use some CRA data because it has never displayed a credit card offer and I already have enough credit cards elsewhere - they are pushing the 123 credit card heavily at the moment so I would expect an advert for it unless there is a reason not to
In branch I do not have a guaranteed credit card offer , but the overdraft can be increased by a large amount indicating that the account is in good health
