Water coming inside double glazing

In one of the rooms in my house, serious condensation is happening inside the window. :(

I have marked in the following image where I believe water is coming from.

Is it easy to fix? If so, how?

  • It would seem that conesation along the bottom of the window is making you think water is comming in? Stop the condensation.

Is it on the inside surface, or between the panes of glass?
Improve ventilation for the former, replace the sealed unit for the latter.
Heat alone does not cure condensation, it just masks the effects.

Heat rises, it's always colder at the bottom. That's why any condensation usually appears thee.
You're going to need a new sealed unit, if you're lucky you may find someone who could just fit a new rubber seal.

Sorry OP, do you mean it is on the room side of the glass (ie wipe off with finger) or between the panes of glass?

    Which room?

How warm/cold do you have this room?

You will get condensation with insufficient ventilation so you need to open the window every day...only needs to be for a short period of time. Maybe 15 minutes or so. Reduce sources of moisture from the air.

Then you need to improve the ventilation-it's not coming in from outside, it's moisture from within the room.
