shell sorry to hear things aren't going too well, all allowed some self indulgent moments.

Was a mad dash out this morning, packed lunches were made and got boys fed & dressed then set off, pleased I checked DS2s bed when I got back as he'd wet through again, have just stripped his bed and cleaned mattress by hand (sister has my vax as she's moving) bottom sheets are now in the wash, 2 more loads inc duvet to do, hopefully dry by bed time.

Been half term here so all uniforms been washed last week, have sorted them out so all ready for Monday, gym kits etc all sorted, homework and reading bags found, kids still have some homework to do, will get it done tonight.

Rest of the day - (yes I know late start)

[STRIKE]Finish washing DS2 bedding (takes 3 loads with all the sheets etc) dry, remake[/STRIKE]
Clear kitchen benches and wipe down
    Tidy desk again
[STRIKE]Sort through other email addy (hit it's 999 limit again, oops :o )
Check through DDT site and make sure all ok, check eBay
Take DS1 prescription to pharmacy (see if they will deliver it when they get it in)
Make some cakes and biscuits for packed lunches
Email person again to get the return address for this parcel
Rest of dailies (have made a start with floors, regular laundry etc) [/STRIKE]
    30 mintes study
Night time routine (need boys asleep earlier if possible, midnight is driving me insane)
Make packed lunches for tomorrow as going up the track if doesn't rain again!
One day I might be more organised...........

LOL, I've loved hearing all the stories about the littlies. If anyone has a good idea for getting green paint off a white four poster bed I'd be grateful. Having a weekend tidy round because of the surveyor coming on Monday and discovered DD had taken it into her head to paint her sheets and the top rail of her four poster! Plus I've discovered that my Henry does not take well to sucking up glitter.

DH has put together the new cupboard so I now have a new cane bedside table complete with 3 huge drawers. He's also pulled everything out from behind the sofa (huge space as our house is round at the front so the sofa sits in front of a circular alcove) and stuck the dehumidifier behind the sofa as that wall was getting very damp. It's a good job he is being helpful otherwise I would have killed him today. I leave one thing down to him, the car, he is supposed to keep it clean, top up oil and water etc and basically keep it legal. I've just found out I have been driving around in a car with no MOT for the last two weeks! He'd better get on that phone and book it in tomorrow or I am going to wring his neck!

  • Evening.

Just got back from visiting DH's friends and their 7week old baby. She is gorgeous. They had us round for dinner, and Charlie behaved beautifully. It was lovely for them to see that babies do get easier and it happens fairly quickly. Also nice to be able to let them have a bit of a rest.

Changed my plan for the day a bit. Me and DH went to ASDA and did the food shop. (£96 - including flowers to take to the new mum, and some mags and books for dads birthday pressie - which is better than normal.) Also spent about half an hour just sat in the bath. Would have had longer, but we ran out of hot water and i felt chilly.

some need to rollover to tomorrow, but then it will be scratched until another time.

    Saturday 24/2:

Oh fabby!!! I sold 23 items today on ebay.. £136.47!!!!! So, I paid my fees and transferred the rest to my bank account.. or at least I will once I have received payment for them all. (42 items and £573.82 this month so far!! not inc P&P) 112 items still listed, 4 with bids so far.

I now have a bathroom door, that doesn't close because the 'reclaimed' door is warped somewhat..

I collected my specs.. and no I'm not wearing them at the moment, though everyone has said they look ok.
