Had an email from Kindle telling me to connect my K to my home wifi so the K would accept a tekky download. It's peviously been on 3G. Will my internet provider charge me for book downloads if I leave it on my home wifi, or should I disconnect and revert back to 3G?

The 3g on a kindle should be free (unless you send something to your kindle via email)
The only download i can think of that would need a WiFi is an update to the Kindle.
You won't get charged for it!
Wifi is free! (it's your broadband and you've already paid for it) So keeping it on wifi will not cost you a thing.Laters

3G is only really handy when abroad and then you can web browse with the kindle for free from a non free wifi location. Though it's barely the best web browser.Hoping this year is better than the last.
